A tourist visa is valid for one year from the date of issue, and you can stay in the country for up to 30 days.

A tourist visa cannot be used for business trips.

To apply for a tourist or Umrah visa to Saudi Arabia, you will need to fill out the following form.

You must attach the following to the form:

• A copy of your passport
• A photo with a light background (you can take it with your phone)
• If applicable, a copy of your residence permit in Denmark/Lithuania

After 2-3 business days, you will receive the visa by email, which you must print out and present at the border crossing.

This procedure only applies to Danish citizens. If you hold a passport other than Danish, you are welcome to call us for more information.

For a business visa application to Saudi Arabia, we require:

• The original passport. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and must not contain any Israeli stamps.
• 1 color passport photo on a white background. You can have it taken digitally and send it by email.
• Visa application form.
• Guarantee letter (with original signature). A guarantee letter from your Danish employer confirming that they are responsible for your trip to Saudi Arabia, stating the purpose of the trip, travel dates, and the name of the partner in Saudi Arabia. You cannot sign your own guarantee letter.

• An invitation issued via KSA MOFA (block invitation).

 Without this invitation, the consulate will not accept the application, i.e., a block invitation from KSA MOFA/Enjazit is not sufficient!

• The inviting company's registration certificate.

• Foreign nationals must have resided in Denmark for at least 2 years to apply for a visa at the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Copenhagen. This must be proven by attaching a copy of your residence permit in Denmark.

Processing time is 2-3 business days.

Note: If your case is urgent, we recommend that you send the documents to us as a registered and insured letter with tracking. In that case, the letter should be handed in at the post office, and we should receive it the next day.

If you send it as a regular or Quick letter, it can take up to 7 days or longer before we receive the case."
