Technical work visa to Brazil

To apply for the technical work visa to Brazil we would need the following documents:

Completed application form

To the form you need to attach the following:

One photo (passport-sized, in color, taken against a white background). You can take it yourself with your phone against a white wall. We edit and print the photo to meet the consulate's requirements (150 DKK). Read more about visa photo requirements.
A copy of the most recent Brazil visa if the applicant has visited before
Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date)
A telex number for the invitation, which the client will receive from the Brazilian authorities. This may take the client 2-3 weeks to obtain
A guarantee letter from your company
A criminal record certificate in English (the Danish police can issue this document in English). You can order it here.
Birth certificate. The birth certificate must be original and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We will handle the legalization process. It is best if the traveler orders a fresh birth certificate with a digital signature from borger.dk and sends the PDF to us digitally. (Please note that the digital signature may disappear if you rename the file).

It takes approximately 10 days to issue a visa.

Note: If your case is urgent, we recommend sending the documents to us via a "Registered & Value" tracked letter. This means the letter must be delivered at the post office, and we should receive it the following day.

If you send it as a regular or quick letter (!), it may take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your documents.
