For a visa application to Nepal, regardless of the visa type, we require:

• The original passport with at least two blank pages. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay.
• A completed and signed visa application form
• 1 passport photo in color with a light background. You can have passport photos taken at Alt Rejser (150,-).

Travelers who wish to drive to Nepal in their own car must have a "carnet de passages" - an international document required by certain countries for entry.

Processing time is 2-3 working days.

Please send all documents to Alt Rejser or deliver them in person at our office.

Note: If your case is urgent, we recommend sending the documents to us as a "Rek & Værdi" registered mail for tracking. In this case, the letter must be delivered at the post office, and we should receive it the next day.

If you send it as regular or Quick mail (!), it may take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your case.
