To apply for a visa to Japan, we require the following documents:

• Completed visa application form
• An invitation letter from a company in Japan on the company's letterhead
• A guarantee letter from your Danish employer confirming the purpose of the trip and assuming financial responsibility for your travel
• Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
• Original residence permit card
• A copy of your residence permit (both sides)
• Two passport photos (you can take them with your phone and send them to us digitally)

The processing time is 3-5 working days.

Please send all documents to Alt Rejser or deliver them personally to our office.

Note: If your case is urgent, we recommend sending the documents to us as a Registered Traceable Letter (Value package). If sent as a Regular Letter, it may take up to 7 days (or longer) before we receive the documents.
