For the application of a tourist visa to Ghana, we require:

• Original passport with a minimum of two blank pages. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.
• Completed and signed visa application.
• One photo (passport-sized, in color, taken against a white background). You can take it yourself with your phone against a white wall. We edit and print the photo to meet the consulate's requirements (150 DKK). Read more about visa photo requirements.
• A copy of the flight ticket.
• A copy of the hotel reservation.
• A copy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate.

Note: It is important to carry the vaccination certificate during your trip.

• Foreign nationals must also include a copy of the residence permit or proof of permanent residency in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, or Iceland.
• Minor applicants must include a completed parental consent form and a copy of the parent's passports.

Note: If your case is urgent, we recommend sending the documents to us via a "Registered & Value" tracked letter. This means the letter must be delivered at the post office, and we should receive it the following day.

If you send it as a regular or quick letter (!), it may take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your documents.

For the application for a business visa, we require the following:

• A letter of guarantee from your employer explaining the purpose of your trip and confirming financial support during your stay in Ghana.
